Less than 10 minutes walk to Safeway grocery store and University and Health Sciences LRT stations are nearby. But the beauty is,  you can save on the transit pass and walk to all you need! 

Neighbourhood: A short walk to the University of Alberta and its teaching hospital, Garneau is the perfect “University town” with vibrant energy and plenty of dining, entertainment options, and cafes just steps away.
