If you choose to cancel your lease early, the following payments will be required immediately upon raising a cancellation request:
• Any outstanding rent payments (past due amounts).
• The rent for the next billing cycle.
• A penalty equivalent to one month's rent.
You may choose to apply your security deposit toward the cancellation fees. If not, our standard deposit refund policy and schedule will apply.
Note: In the event of a cancellation, the lease will terminate at the end of the next billing cycle.
Service Fee
The service fee covers third-party online services, including applications, lease generation, and related transactions. This fee is non-refundable, regardless of deposit or rent refunds or the timing of the cancellation request.
