Private Basic - North York (Female Only)

Room: Private Basic is one of our budget-friendly options. It provides premium privacy and comfort. It has a single-size bed and a Smart TV. It’s only yours, allowing you to enjoy privacy and quality furniture at a very reasonable price.  It’s significant to highlight that the  Private Basic has a sliding door and does NOT have an outside-facing window. It’s an appealing option for people with light sleeping habits and sensitivity to the morning light.

Neighborhood/building: Our North York residence is located at Assiniboine Road between Steeles and Finch Avenues. This neighborhood is home to a number of popular institutions such as York University, Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology, the Ford Centre for the Performing Arts, the Ontario Science Centre, and Black Creek Pioneer Village. North York is also home to renowned hospitals and it has an abundance of condominiums, office towers, restaurants, and shopping options. This residence is ideally and centrally situated, putting the things you want practically outside your door. It takes only a 5-minute walk to York University and a 10-minute walk to the subway station.
