Room: Master Room is our most spacious and luxurious bedroom type. It comes with a private/ensuite bathroom for the exclusive use of the occupant. It has a full-size bed, a study desk, and a nightstand. Perfect fit for students looking for ultimate privacy and comfort. The private bathroom inside the room gives the feeling of living in a studio. Big windows allow an abundance of natural light to enter the room.

Neighborhood/building: Located in one of Canada's tallest residential towers, our College Park residence offers unprecedented convenience for any would-be urbanite. The residence has underground access to College Park, 777 Bay Street, and College Subway Station and very convenient access to major universities and hospitals in the area. Naming some of them, this residence offers easy access to Ryerson University, The University of Toronto, Toronto General Hospital, Mount General Hospital, Sickkids Hospital, Princess Margaret Hospital, and Women's College Hospital.   As it is so close to the subway station, you can travel from the residence to any other corner of the city.
