It provides premium privacy and comfort. It is spacious enough to have a full-size bed, study desk, nightstand, and smart TV. It has a private balcony that only belongs to its tenant as well. This room does not have any drawbacks and has everything you would need in a room. Big windows allow an abundance of natural light to enter the room. 

Neighborhood: If you are looking for an affordable accomodation to live in with all the amenities to meet your needs, then consider Regina’s Albert Park. This beautiful southern Regina neighbourhood is a wonderful place with an overwhelming number of entertainment and dining options, as well as local green spaces nearby including Larche Park, Hudson Park and the Regina Rugby Park. Our residence is also perfect for those who need to commute to the University of Regina, only 7 minutes away by driving.
