Bachelor (studio) apartment gives our Residents the feeling of ultimate privacy and full independence. The apartment has a full-size bed and a pull-out sofa, which can be turned into a full-size bed, fully-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The maximum number of Residents allowed is 2 people.

It takes a 3-minute walk to the subway station, only a 15-minute walk to Ryerson University, and a 20-minute to walk to the University of Toronto.
