Turnover Cleaning Fee Policy 

The turnover cleaning fee is refundable. This is how it works:

1. You will have a room with fresh bed linens and deep cleaning before your arrival. You should leave your room in the same condition as it is found, including the replacement of fresh bed linens and the satisfaction of deep move-out cleaning. The standard for cleanliness is the complete readiness of the room for the upcoming Resident.

2. In this scenario, we will not deduct a cleaning fee from your deposit. If you have already been charged a cleaning fee at the time of booking, it will be refunded to you.

3. If you fail to leave the room in mint condition, we will deduct a $150 cleaning fee from your deposit, and return the remaining amount to you in accordance with the deposit return policy. If you have already been charged a cleaning fee at the time of booking, we will keep this fee.
