Bachelor Apartment - Sherbourne

Bachelor (studio) apartment gives our Residents the feeling of ultimate privacy and full independence. The apartment has a full-size bed and a pull-out sofa, which can be turned into a full-size bed, fully-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The maximum number of Residents allowed is 2 people.

Building: Living off-campus in a high-rise apartment building makes things different. Our downtown building is located at the intersection of Bloor St. and Sherbourne St and offers a secured entry, gym, and elevator. At this location, all the options are just steps from your door: trendy eateries, eclectic boutiques, emerging art galleries are all yours to explore. From everyday conveniences to eclectic eating places. Our Residence is ideally and centrally situated, putting the things you want practically outside your door. It takes a 3-minute walk to the subway station, only a 15-minute walk to Ryerson University, and a 20-minute to walk to the University of Toronto.
